Welcome to the conversation!
Rewriting the Narrative of Menopause & Rite of the Womb Retreat

If you've found your way here, you too probably believe that, one, the menopausal journey is one of transformation with a profoundly spiritual thread & two, it's time to rewrite the story of 'The Change'!

Many middle-aged women moving through ‘The Change’ can struggle with what comes next.

While the years of the menopausal journey can be extremely challenging - this challenge holds purpose. With each hot flush we are burning off the unnecessary, with each 3 am awakening we are given time to contemplate our lives in peace, with the body making what seems like constant demands, we learn to listen deeply & perhaps begin to care for ourselves in a way that once seemed impossible.

The tough times do pass believe me... if you read no further than these next few lines, please hold onto three pieces of advice.

  • Give yourself time; time to rest, time to reflect, time to journal, time to face yourself, time in silence.

  • Listen to yourself; your body & inner-knowing are trying to guide you.

  • Find a way to gracefully accept what has passed & know that somewhere inside you have the resources to transition naturally & powerfully to the next phase - The Wisdomful Woman.

Modern societies story of Menopause is one of general decline, you do not have to accept this story. Menopause is a time of descent. A descent into our core, where, should we choose to walk this internal spiral downwards, we will retrieve our inner-most treasure! This phase of life is a sacred rite of passage, a middle-aged initiation into the role of  the Wisdomful Woman!

Menopause, or the journey towards the day when the holy ‘one year’ mark has passed is an initiation & to view it as less is to do yourself an injustice.

If you feel like you are hurtling towards emergency, I have a question for you:

“What do you want?”, as in,“What do YOU want?” “Really”?

As women we can become so caught up in caring, responsibility, the endless spinning of practical and emotional plates that asking ourselves the pivotal question “What do I want?” can be lost in the mix. For some women this very question can seem so overwhelming that it's avoided all together. Peri-menopause, the change in hormonal levels and the sometimes over-powering levels of rage & inability to even tolerate other people breathing, is the perfect time to ask, contemplate & begin to answer 'What do I really want?'

Over time I've changed the tone of this question to - What is mine to do? - in this broader context, in a spiritual sense, I have found the place of the two versions of the similar questions on the balance scale, I was able, in the centre, to find equilibrium - an alignment. (This when the feeling of being burnt out began to loosen themselves - we cover this in the retreat) The ability to position ourselves at the centre of our own lives & overtime, maintain this position, is key to a conscious, empowered menopause - a mid-life miracle - entailing endless possibilities!

I think you need to add in more here relating to showing your understanding of what they are struggling with and/or what the feeling is inside of them which means they know there is an initiation taking place and a wisdom waiting to be tapped into? e.g. Rhetorical type questions which show understanding and/or statements such as above relating to symptoms. Just a couple of powerful lines that really hit the nail on the head.

(@Daisy -Can the don't listens bullet points go here? or the powerful lines? or both?

[1. At the change of life we have the potential to become the fully embodied channel between heaven and earth - just as the oracles, the pythia of Delphi once were.

2. We are undergo a thorough process of refinement - the waves of nature, our bodies, the divine plan is showing us the route to our whole selves should we surrender.

3. A profound sense of self, anchored in our core, a solidity, certainty & courage guided by our inner compass - no longer being externally referenced!

  • You may feel as though you have lost control of yourself/your life. As though a vast gap has been created and you're unsure how to navigate this expanse. The social narrative of fear, symptom lists, negative views of aging peddled by the beauty & pharmaceutical industry are slopped out on the path ahead of us creating a preoccupations with the idea of youth & associated beauty, often fill this expanse, but it really doesn't have to be this way. There is something bone-deep beautiful that radiates from the older woman, freed from insecurities, whose earthy grounded-ness holds a sense of calm presence. She who is able to yield to the seasons and remain centred. (After all, if your validation comes externally, you'll never be in control of or fully live your own life)

  • You may feel as if you're going a bit mad. (other people may reinforce this view)

  • - Firstly, all interesting people are a bit mad!

  • - Secondly, madness is a creative force, our focus is to refine this creative surge and create our legacies!

  • You may feel your tolerance level is at an all-time low. This is the new and improved bullshit filter that comes with an adjustment in hormone levels. From nurturing Mother, whose impulse is to do just that, to grounded, wisdomful, sovereign woman with clear purpose and strong intent to live life on her own terms & do what she is here to do!

  • You may find your tolerance levels are at an all time low. This is okay - you've likely been tolerant, too fucking tolerant, your whole life...  Just for now 'intolerant women' are learning what is theirs and what is not - it's a burning off process. (You have NOT become a horrible person. Calm, loving kindness, does return post menopause )

  • *I feel like this section is really good at emoting people and relating to them, things like this would also fit in really well in the first section as it's showing that you know what's up for them

  • (@Daisy -Perhaps the 'Don't Listens' need to go in the first section then- I was feeling a bit off at adding DONT'S in the later sections of this page)

What we are leaving behind...

The Mother role is so well defined, and some would say all pervading in western culture that the possibility of something, anything, beyond seems intangible – surely Grandmother-hood is the next phase. Right? Yes, of course, when the tiny beings present themselves or there is a community opening for the older woman (minus the tiny beings) but is this all? Inhabiting the grandmother role for many looks much like continuing the same routine as was lived during motherhood – kinda like Motherhood Round 2… becoming a glorified babysitter but with more aches and pains and no ‘pocket money’ for your services. What if what's on offer to us during this sacred transition is more, sooo much more than that? What if the roles we can assume are far more rich, varied & nourishing than we ever imagined? What if these newly unearthed roles became the foundations for a freshly imagined society.

Anatomy of soulful menopause. @Daisy - 'soulful menopause' is an established brand - I won't use this in the end but it describes the sense of what I'm offering. Any ideas of a replacement phrase is welcome.

Most areas of life are permeated with physical, mental/emotional, archetypal, spiritual & seasonal aspects and the journey through peri-menopause to menopause and beyond, is no different.

In fact just as in other areas of life, a lack of acknowledgment of the spiritual aspect, the aspect that can bring deep meaning to our journeys, will leave said journeyer devoid of that internal compass required to live the menopausal journey as was always meant – as an initiation. There is a deep knowing to be uncovered at this phase of life, an essence that illuminates our personal paths…. If we are compass-less we can also be rudderless.

So, if we can begin to talk about menopause as an initiation and a natural process which, with our own conscious engagement, engineers us into wholeness then we can, together, make change in our world.

Collective consciousness after all, is exactly that. If we women, at the change of life, can make actual CHANGE then we positively effect the collective – we create accumulative waves, generated by our connected energetic rhythm (rather than individual women attempting the push their personal river up hill) - we reset the future trajectory for those who come after us. Yes, the daughters and granddaughters but also the sons and grandsons too… as a present, the embodied wise woman figure guides young men into appropriate behaviour towards the female of the species and their inner feminine.

A strong matriarch is the trunk of the family tree. Just as the masculine mountains rest on the feminine earth… we, women are a basis for growth that has long since been ignored and suppressed. @Daisy - these last few lines need tightening up. What do you feel would work well here?

How do we begin? How do we set to making these changes?

For me at least, most things in life begin with a choice – the avoidance of choice in cases such as the menopausal journey – reeks havoc.

So, a choice it is. This is why I asked previously “What do YOU want?”

Once we know our why we can make a choice. Sounds easy huh.

This choice, this commitment must come from somewhere within – some say belly, others say heart – a few say via insight.

Take all three –

Find stillness. Schedule 1 hour.

Find your why and make your commitment. (ASK THE QUESTION: "WHAT IS MINE |TO DO?)

From here you will tend the fire that motivates when challenges occur…

Then undertake sacred ceremony – a consciously created sacred space in which the internal fire is honoured – the wisdomful one is invited and converses as to how the two (or more :) ) will unify.

The Rite of the Womb & Renewed Cyclical Living

For me this came in the form of the Rite of the Womb.

Like many other ceremonies, rites, and sacred performances that have reached into my life, the Rite of the Womb originated in the jungles of South America – a place on earth that still knows, still breathes and her peoples see no separation between themselves and the great Mother.

The Rite of the womb connects or reconnects us after clearing and healing – to the voice of the very human womb, the voice of the womb of the mother and the ever giving energy of the the womb of the cosmos. (Sentence needs simplifying)

Here we begin to live differently – trusting in the divine timing, the wombs voice and the planetary/cosmic? influences all combined with that (balance of internal elements) internal fire, that compass that says strongly ‘this way sweet one’… this is yours to do, this is your place to be, this is your new creative mission. Here – here is how you feel in wholeness – this is perhaps a better description of the ‘Grand Mother Role’ in place of the aforementioned ‘Mother Round 2’.

Here sits the Wisdomful Woman – and she is waiting within all to be honoured and enthroned at the centre of the self.

It’s my honour and pleasure to now share this adventure with others. Beyond the rite herself there is a new calendar to discover – ones momentum guided by intrinsic energy and a natural knowing – guiding our lives to the highest destiny and all because you have recognised and committed to menopause as an initiation!

Using the body's seven light centres we are offered a micro-cosmic map of the greater worlds – if we can access each in turn or at least in a way that feels right for us, we have a sacred and ancient container in which to undertake the most profound of womanly journeys.

Seven chakras – seven archetypes – seven phases of en-real-en-ment.

Internal solidity, being internally referenced (meaning we go within for answers – that's why finding that stillness is important) develops for us a strong core – a unique yet ubiquitous root system to draw on and secondly, as a consequence, reflect into the worlds – there is much talk about creating safe spaces and little focus on becoming IT – we are our own safe spaces (without need for the victim/rescuer dynamic).

Becoming safe and sacred space evolves as we face ourselves again and again by choice – rather than waiting, procrastinating, and waiting gingerly for those opportunities, those invites, to smash us in the face…. Yep, when that happens there would have been signs… ignored signs.

No judgement here, sometimes it’s what we learn in our avoidance that helps us overcome it in the longer term.

Anyways – the Rite of the Womb marks the threshold – the conscious knowing why, choosing, breathing deeply and stepping in to the void – ? You need me to add more here?

The Rite of the Womb, frees women from pain, suffering & fear.

This energetic initiation supports you in deeply connecting or reconnecting with your inner compass, your natural rhythms, the Earth, her seasons, during the peri-menopausal initiation & beyond...

In a beautifully curated sacred space, supported by the Forever Grandmothers, this energetic initiation guides us in giving birth to the death & fear that resides within the womb space, individually, ancestrally & collectively; no longer a victim but a sovereign woman

who lives in alignment with her own sacred centre. She hears clearly, the guidance & insights from within.

As Women heal and relive themselves of the age-old story of oppression, the Earth heals in unison.

A new map, a new way of living generates itself as you too become a guardian of the Womb Rite.

Are you interested in how you can deeply connect or reconnect with yourself, the earth, the seasons, your season – your natural rhythms before, during and beyond the menopausal transition?

A little about my own story... & how this journey may weave in with your own.

Getting straight to the point... I knew that the journey through menopause was to be wandered raw. I knew HRT was not for me (synthetic hormones and such are not my friend) not to mention going against my inherent womanly intelligence. I knew deep within me that this was to be a natural, sometimes herb-assisted, process.

Absent of any human guide in the early days, I listened to my gut, my heart and spirit insight, feeling menopause as an initiation into a deeper more connected version of myself. If the Shamanic Way has taught me anything over the last 17 years, then it is to face myself again and again and to interrupt the process of menopausal transformation would only prolong the inevitable.

I had no wish to remain in the 're/productive' part of my life, I had a yearning to discover my own depths, to engage with who I was, to become post-menses. The sovereign, wisdomful woman - to begin the road to elderhood and rediscover an age old transition first hand. I believe in the power of the Wisdomful Woman & work to restore her position in modern society - an environment in much need of matriarchal guidance, care & support.

You could ask, "Well how did you KNOW this was the way for you?"

I have a history of 'women's problems' - I joke sometimes saying:

"My womb was screaming at me for most of my life, however, I had neither the education or ears to hear"

For me at least, nature knows, the body knows and we too can 'know' if we are prepared to stop and listen.

The following points were all part of my own journey...

  • Listen to the stories of our lives; where were the challenges, repeating patterns, shitty situations that had been swallowed, over-looked or ignored. Peri-menopause & the days beyond will invite you to revisit all and everything that is so far unresolved... this is training for the Wisdomful Woman!

  • Listen to the intelligence of our bodies and trust in the ancestral guidance that is available to all. Female humans are one of only three species on Earth that traverse menopause - there is a reason for this.

  • Listen to the wombs voice, hear her new name, as a being who is ready to live a new purpose.

  • Listen to your bodies new seasonal rhythm... there is still a four phase 28 day 'month' - a Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter - when we live by this renewed rooted cycle life flows...

  • Don't listen to the narrative of fear, symptoms, negative views of aging - the beauty & pharmaceutical industry slop out on the path ahead of us.

  • Don't listen in fact to anyone who tells you you're going mad (even if you feel that way a little bit)

  • Don't listen to those who tell you to be more tolerant - you've likely been tolerant, too fucking tolerant, your whole life... (Calm loving kindness does return post menopause - it's just for now 'intolerant women' are learning what is theirs and what is not - it's a burning off process - you have NOT become a horrible person) *I feel like this section is really good at emoting people and relating to them, things like this would also fit in really well in the first section as it's showing that you know what's up for them @Daisy -(Perhaps the 'Don't Listens' need to go in the first section then- I was feeling a bit off at adding DONT'S at this stage) - UPDATE - I've incorporated the 'don'ts into section 1 and rephrased them positively. Is there anything else that you feel needs to be in this about me section

It's taken me decades to become the woman that I am today. This may sound both obvious and or strange. What I mean by this is, it's taken decades to define what is mine, own & celebrate it, release what is not with grace & sometimes, forgiveness. My process, that of course continues, has been to consciously choose my threads and weave them into the fabric that is my life... my personal work does of course not happen in isolation, I, like everyone else, am part of the grander weaving of the Universe.

But, my own Shamanic Training & initiations, 17 years ago with The Four Winds Society & subsequent 'spirit initiation', in 2017 have given me tools & insights to create a life that feel authentic for me, to finally feel comfortable in my own skin & to share these ancient tools & transformational experiences with others.

I've been a fully qualified post-16 teacher for over 20 years. In these earlier years I held the role of Behavioural Management Teacher in H.M.P - here I worked mainly with young men & sometimes women, who had had their liberty revoked and were ................(something???).... at 'Her Majesties Pleasure' (Such a bizarre phrase). This taught me the murky depths that humans will reach toward when they are traumatised, rejected, in emotional pain, unseen & unaccepted by their 'clans & villages'.

Since leaving the Prison Service over a decade ago, Shamanic work has been my main focus. I loved explore this beautiful path and all she has to offer. My work has shifted as I have, from 1:1 healing sessions, Shamanic & Spiritual mentoring, workshops & retreats. During the lockdowns my work moved online in the form of The Wise Women's Forum, a space where spiritual women could connect & share. The healing path can be isolating at times and with the pandemic on top, it was important for us to support each other. Since 2022 I've been offering 'A Call to Remembering' Shamanic apprenticeship (not something I ever thought I'd do) to those who wish to become fully initiated shaman.

Over the years others have named me as a Whistle blower (I'm honest, I say what I see), a trail blazer (I'll create my own path if there isn't one), down-to-earth (working class woman) & wise... wisdom is something that is earned not gifted, oftentimes through hardship or heartbreak but always by overcoming situations that at first appear insurmountable.

These years of academic & spiritual learning, personal healing, traversing the Other Worlds have been fundamental/pivotal ???? in facilitating my own conscious journey of? peri-menopause to menopause and beyond

In the interest of transparency, I am not a menopause coach or a medical professional. I'm a spiritual guide, sometimes called a shaman and I'm not everyone's cup of tea to be sure! But who wants to be lukewarm, insipid & overly sweet? Maybe I'm not a cup of tea at all??? But my fierce nature & intolerance for bullshit are balanced by my professional & spiritual training, mature age, life experience, loving kindness and a core-deep desire to bring about meaningful lasting change to the world, means I can hold and create spaces for transformation. I can walk solidly by your???? side as you walk through the sometimes fiery initiation of peri-menopause and firmly 'hold your hand?????' as you sink into your own dimly lit, yet primordially inviting depths....

My years of experience, combined with The Rite of the Womb, has given me a consistent, reliable, grounded & integrated internal compass (womb) , my womb has a her new name & purpose post-bleeding and I am now able to not only weave the threads of my life but also spin these very threads into existence! This is the role of the Wisdomful Woman - whose womb now serves solely the creation of her own legacy and said legacy is her service to the world both in the remainder of her life and on into death.

Just as the Pythia or Oracles of old (menopausal women) brought possibilities from the unseen to the seen worlds, we too may take this place at the centre of the circle and do the same... connecting (unhindered by the bleeding cycle) to the Cosmic Womb, physiological womb & Earth womb.....bringing the unmanifest into manifestation...this is bringing heaven to earth!

The Rite of the Womb has been available in the 'western' world for some time now; often offered in the usual 'bleeding & breeding' women's circles that cater almost solely to the Mother phase.  My personal engagement with her extraordinary capacity to reconnect heaven and earth through the female channel during menopause, galvanised my intent to share this work re-imagined - as a formalised initiation for peri-menopausal and menopausal women that they, we, you, me, can rewrite the narrative of the change and really dig deeply into what it means to be Menopausal - to lead communities, to guide others when they reach the change of life and over time bring about societal change. This way less young girls, mothers, peri-menopausal women will walk through their lives unaware of who they truly are - Wisdomful Women, Sacred Channels, Elders, Experienced Teachers & Soulful Leaders - Great Grand Mothers!

My personal story, a loop that has repeated;

 - 'I school myself'.

 -  'There appears to no one (i had access too) who knows what I'm talking about, no one to relate to where I'm at'

 -  I was always the odd one out, thinking differently acting differently, wanting for different things.

At various stage of my life I found myself lacking in maps/education/familial teachings; often feeling as though I'm grasping around in the dark. These facts, fears & beliefs, over time supported me in making a clear choice (breaking new ground/creating my own map based in experiences) - I had to becoming the woman I needed when I was a young, lost & angry girl who endangered herself due to lack of guidance, support and any real nurture. I am this woman now and continue to grow, deepen & expand with each revolution of the wheel.

In linear time the rite of the womb perhaps came to me late, but it was perfect like all timing in life... the influence of her energy has been like a cosmic golden thread that tightened and strengthened my own creation, bringing a full-bodied, powerful, strengthen????? quality... from this place, I am now here to serve you, whole.... and I am honoured to do so.

"I feel like I have finally filled the space of feeling like 'something is missing'.
I feel 'tooled up' with the teachings that Charlotte passed on to me, and confident that I can still tap into them whenever I feel the need"

Rite of the Womb: 2 day retreat ~ non-residential

Preparatory work

How we support you
We start supporting you in preparing for the Rite of the Womb retreat via an exercise we have created known as 'The Altar to Self'.

You will receive full instructions and printable resources to create your 'Altar to Self' in your resource email after sign-up & as part of your welcome pack.

The Altar to Self is designed to help you identify:

  • Where you are now.

  • Which 'aspects of self' (characters) are dominant, reluctant or scattered.

  • What behaviours, habits & patterns are long outdated and ready for a sacred funeral of fire.

How you support yourself

Other preparatory work that you will facilitate for yourself is to provide your birth/natal chart, date, time & location of birth. Don't worry if you don't have a birth chart, we can direct you to free sources of support.

Print out the template for 'The Wheel of Time', (our personalised calendar), begin building your own Wheel of Time and bring the pages with you to the workshop. If you do not have access to a printer, we will provide template copies on the day.

@Daisy - Such as? Total mind blank here???? Will they be sent any other materials for preparatory work which they can't access without signing up for the retreat? Worth listening here perhaps

Friday 20th June: Mid-summers eve Traditional shamanic fire ceremony

(7pm onwards) - The Avalon Centre, Glastonbury. (Private garden) Where is this fire held?

A night where we choose, from belly, heart & mind to step across the threshold, ritualising our intent to consciously walk the initiatory path of peri-menopause into menopause and beyond.

This mid-summer evening will be a rich space for reflection - woven with shamanic journey to the Womb of the Mother, personal silence, sacred fire, sharing & connecting with other women embarking on this path of self-rediscovery.

We invite you to honour who we have been, the stories of our lives, witnessed & acknowledge by those who stand with you in circle and those women who came before us.

Creating personal ceremonial offering to represent the release that we now welcome (all resources for the creation of your offering are provided. However, you are very welcome to bring your own special natural symbols/flowers/herbs.)

Do you present offerings, does each person present a physical offering and are the materials/herbs for this provided by you or do they bring their own?

Does the fire ceremony have a particular structure e.g. open up the circle, channelling, offering, closing the circle etc. (I have no idea just wondering?)

Fire Ceremony is a powerful & transformative undertaking. We open sacred space and hold each other as we each take our time at the hearth. Each ceremony is completely unique, in that the energy is generated and held by those who are present & each woman, in this instance, will step across the threshold of intent - becoming changed & renewed by the process. @Daisy - Is this enough of an explanation?

"Held, we give birth to the death that resides within, creating space for the

voice of the womb to speak loudly & clearly"

We invite & welcome the loving support of the Forever Grandmothers, those who will hold us, as we say goodbye to the old stories and create space for the Sovereign, Wisdomful women we are becoming who will lead, educate and bring healing balance to our families & communities. @Daisy - Where would this sentence be best placed?

Important note: (@Daisy - Please check the following and adjust as you see fit)

On this occasion we have chosen a non-residential retreat. This is because we wanted to keep ticket prices to a minimum, increasing the accessibility to those who wish to step into this work. This (non-residential) offering will be offered once or twice  a year.

We have also chosen not to provide lunch on this occasion for similar reasons & currently being unable to cater for special dietary requirements. However, Glastonbury High Street, a 5 minute walk from The Avalon Centre caters for all tastes & personal dietary needs.

I think you need to put a disclaimer at the bottom relating to both food/drink and residential stuff, so explaining that we won't be providing food but during the lunch break there are lots of options etc.?

Reflection Section: Re-enforce the benefits of the retreat

Revisit what they are going to get, in non-practical terms. What will their participation in the retreat give them?

E.g. "Re-write the narrative of 'the change"

Your succinct points on your insta post could also be nice here e.g. "WITNESSING", keep it short & sweet to summarise the main benefits

"The womb is not a place to store fear & pain. The womb is to create & give birth to life!"

In sacred circle, held by compassionate & experienced older women we honour and witness each other, allowing us to remember & value who we are & the middle-aged initiation we are walking. Supported in taking the deep dive into our core, and emerging as wisdomful, wise teachers & leaders with years of creativity ahead of us.

We each hold a unique medicine and our world is in much need of these individual healing salves - as each woman embodies her whole self we create change in the world. As each of us set our intention to navigate menopause the soulful way we are each rewriting the narrative of the change.

This is the LAST CALL where you can REMIND THEM WHY this work is powerful and important for them and why they should o it (basically) in bullet points e.g.

@Daisy - I know you can make this last set of bullet points better - I've run dry on words and motivation..... please amend into magic xx

I invite you to

  • Be part of the change

  • Share the Rite of the Womb with others

  • Be aligned with your own natural menopausal cycle

  • Give yourself permission to embody all aspects of yourself

  • Focus your re-imagined creativity and re-configured self to create the legacy you KNOW is yours to do!

Menopause is an extraordinary time of self-discovery & becoming the woman you know you've always been.

In both modern and ancient times, those who remember the truth of Menopause - 'The Change!' retain a beautiful and deeply transformative map for this middle-aged initiation.

Cultures, less affected by Western thinking, have kept safe, lived & honoured the knowledge that this time of life is when women can step fully into their innate wisdom. Regardless of background or origin we all have these golden memories somewhere within us - if one woman remembers, we all can.

This gold is held in the quantum field, our matrilineal ancestry & at the heart of natures design. This wisdom is not free. We must pay attention, listening closely to our body as she takes us naturally through the process of birth the 'second-self'.

Through all the internal and external noise, hearing the voice within, responding to the signs, we can accept the sacred invitation that all human women are offered. One of cellular activation, cultivation of ever-deepening intuition & building a relationship with ourselves that is true at our core.

By renewing connection to our inner compass, the wombs voice, we can consciously & reverently step into who we are becoming; Matriarchs, experienced soulful leaders & teachers - what I like to call 'Wisdomful Women'.

All communities need the presence of the Wise Woman archetype & we are the channel for this power. Together we may lead the way, co-creating a future that is fit for all beings.

Ultimately a conscious peri-menopausal journey is the route of liberation, alignment & personal empowerment.

Box where they can download free PDF

So, they would have to share their email here?? We could show an image of the calendar (non-clickable) with some kind of water-mark across it. I think I'd need to add directions as well as infographic???

I also have a suggestion for an altar to self - this is how they may reach their 'why' & 'what is mine to do'

Box where they can click through to older women's circles instead

at the moment I'm considering kajabi as the host platform. (Wix forum is awful) not sure how would link here.

FYI -Also, I'm planning on adding a shamanic library for apprentices (on kajabi) which would fan into the older women's circles
