Rite of the Womb Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment can be made either in full or through our payment plan via a subscription.
If you opt for a payment plan, your subscription will run for three billing cycles only. After the third and final payment is processed, your plan will automatically end, and no further payments will be taken.
In the event that a payment fails or is missed we are not able to refund any previous payments, and your place may be forfeited. Please speak to us immediately if your circumstances change which mean you are not able to fulfil your payment plan.

All retreat bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you are unable to attend for personal or medical reasons.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closure), we are not liable to issue any refunds.
Where possible, we will work to reschedule the retreat or offer alternative options, but this is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the retreat schedule, content, activities, tasks, rituals and guest facilitators at any time without prior consultation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat. By booking, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
You agree to behave respectfully toward other participants and staff. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the retreat without refund for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

By signing up, you consent to be contacted with relevant retreat information via email and added to our mailing list (you may unsubscribe at any time).
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
